How do you not know what an epileptic is? It's someone who has seaizures when the see something. The most commonly noted is the flashing lights sending an epileptic into a seaizure. Epilepcy is a serious condition, and in all intents and purposes, I'm surprised no ones cussed my out yet LOL.
